With over 10 years in the fitness industry and certifications in TRX, Corrective Exercise, Cancer Exercise Training, and Senior Fitness, I provide thoughtful, individualized training that prioritizes safety, function, and confidence.

Do I need to be in good shape to start?

Exercises are always adapted based on how you feel that day. Safety, comfort, and proper movement are always the priority.
I’ve never worked with a personal trainer before. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Many clients are new to personal training. Sessions are calm, supportive, and focused on helping you feel confident and capable.
What is a typical training session like?
Sessions last approximately 45 minutes and include a gentle warm-up, focused training, and time to finish safely and comfortably.
Do I need to use an app or technology?
No. Training is kept simple and easy to follow. No apps or technology are required.
